 Inspired by a mask from Ghana used for comical story telling and celebration, this mask is known for the elongated tongue sticking down from the mouth in an exaggerated fashion. The use of bright colored ribbons are attached to the mask, waving in the wind as the dancer prances about telling funny stories and bringing much laughter. This two part painting (diptych) capture the motion and joviality of the moment in the signature style of Plastic Space abstraction.
