Graffiti Girl

A young girl in the midst of spray painting an image under the road (tagging) caught my attention with her unusual look and hair. She had such light hazel eyes that she appeared blind but had no trouble seeing. I painted her portrait and it sat in my studio for a long time because it was missing something. I recently got some new chrome gold pens to play with and added chrome highlights to her eyes that added that strange spark that this painting needed. Now I like this portrait as it captures her sparkle of exploration that I saw in her that day.
